Appreciation and Gratitude to Marape-Rosso Government for recognition and appointment as Secretary for Works and Highways Department

I am deeply honored and humbled by the trust and confidence placed in me by the Marape-Rosso Government and the Minister for Works & Highways, Hon. Solan Mirisim, in granting me the privilege of serving as the Secretary for Works & Highways on a permanent basis. This appointment is not just a personal achievement, but a testament to the collective effort, dedication, and unwavering support of our entire team.


I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Hon. James Marape, Deputy Prime Minister Hon. John Rosso, and the National Executive Council (NEC) for their faith in my ability to lead and deliver on the government’s infrastructure vision, particularly in driving the Connect PNG Economic Road Development Program. I am committed to ensuring that this program and other key national infrastructure initiatives continue to transform our country for the benefit of all Papua New Guineans.


To Minister Solan Mirisim, thank you for your guidance, leadership, and unwavering support. Your vision for a well-connected and resilient road network has been a source of inspiration, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with you in fulfilling our mandate.


A special acknowledgment goes to the dedicated staff of the Department of Works & Highways. This achievement is a reflection of your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality infrastructure services across the nation. Your tireless efforts in planning, designing, and executing critical projects have been instrumental in making this department a pillar of national development.


As we move forward, I reaffirm my commitment to effective leadership, transparency, innovation, and excellence in delivering world-class infrastructure solutions.
