Manus East–West Highway Upgrade Making Steady Progress
Under the Connect PNG Program, the K115 million, 32-kilometre upgrade and sealing project from NBC Junction to Kawa Primary School in Manus Province is progressing well.
The contractor, Covec PNG Ltd, has already completed sealing up to 10km at Sapon Village, with another 20km remaining before full completion.
This transformative project is part of the Marape-Rosso Government’s Connect PNG initiative, which continues to deliver vital road infrastructure and open economic opportunities for the people of Manus.
